MultiLayout

MultiLayout is a tool that draws the boundaries of every resolution supported by your graphics card and monitor over your screen.  This allows you to easily test user interface designs against multiple resolutions.

Requires Microsoft .NET 2.0 or higher installed on your computer.

Note: this application only seems to work properly on Windows Vista at the moment.  In Windows XP, the resolutions are drawn on a black surface instead transparently over the screen.  I will try and fix this in the near future.
